Reddit user Mickv1990 reached out to Rockstar support for assistance on the matter and they had this to say: Hello Mickv1990, Thank you for contacting Rockstar Support. Players have noticed that all Rockstar titles on mobile like Bully and GTA Liberty City Stories are facing similar issues, and the only thing in common with all of them is that they all require the player to sign in to the Social Club before starting the game.
Another theory is that this issue is because of the Rockstar Social Club.
